It’s been over a year since I wrote the last post about our travels. It was Part 14 of “The Trip” that we took in 1973 – 74. I left us hanging out in Yosemite National Park. Did we freeze in our tent? Did we ever make it back to Wisconsin? Waiting to find out is almost like waiting for the next season of Downton Abbey! Since this will be the last season for that show I thought I’d better get back to the remaining episodes of my series. So, I promise Part 15 will arrive shortly.
In the meantime I should point out that a lot of the little things I used to post here now end up on my Facebook page — damn you, Mark Zuckerburg! So, if you’re one of my Facebook friends, you probably won’t often find much new here. However, in addition to the remaining posts about our trip, I will probably add other comments here on occasion (like the post about smoked fish). So, you still might want to check back once in a while.
