Ref. Well, 60’s not that old it’s just like 50 was I’m told,
And 50 is what 40 was they say.
So, put away your fears it’s daylight savings time in years.
Put on a smile; enjoy another day.

1.  Oh where did I put down my glasses?
Did I ever finish my tea?
I wonder as every year passes
How much more forgetful I’ll be.

(Refrain)

2.  My knees and my hips are so achy.
It’s hard getting out of my chair.
My once-steady hands are now shaky.
And what’s happened to all my hair?

(Refrain)

3.  I now move around in slow motion.
My eyes need trifocals to see.
Please give me the latest drug potion
So I can sleep more peacefully.

Ref. Well, 60’s not that old it’s just like 50 was I’m told,
And 50 is what 40 was they say.
So, put away your fears it’s daylight savings time in years.
Put on a smile; enjoy another day.
Put on a smile; enjoy another day.
So grab your teeth and let’s go out and play.
